Shipping & returns

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, ship on the next business day. You receive a tracking link as soon as the label is created.

Rates & delivery times

• EU standard, tracked — €4.90, free over €50, 2–5 business days
• EU express — €9.90, 1–2 business days
• UK & Switzerland — €9.90, 3–6 business days, duties may apply
• USA & Canada — €14.90, 5–9 business days, duties may apply
• Rest of world — €19.90, 7–14 business days

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are payable by the recipient. We declare every parcel at full value as cosmetics.

Returns

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. Start a return by emailing info@ramcodenail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened gels, files and brushes cannot be resold and are only refunded or replaced if they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Damaged or missing items

Send a photo of the product and the outer box to info@ramcodenail.com within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately — no return needed for broken bottles.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to display the credit.
